Mizunoya sits at 1025 W Hebron Pkwy #156, Carrollton, TX 75010, in the Hebron Parkway retail corridor on the north side of Carrollton. Parking is at the door, and the suite is a short walk from the storefront row.
Take Plano Parkway west, then south on Josey Lane to W Hebron Parkway — roughly fifteen minutes from West Plano.
Head south on Josey Lane or Old Denton Road; W Hebron Parkway runs east–west between them.
Josey Lane runs straight north into Hebron Parkway, so the drive is a single turn for most of North Dallas.
The kitchen runs four ways at once — a sushi bar, a hibachi flat-top, a ramen pot and a weekday lunch counter — so a first table usually spans more than one of them.
Sixteen chef special rolls run $10.99 to $14.99; regular rolls start at $6.99, and nigiri or sashimi is $6.99 for two pieces.
Hibachi entrées run $10.99 for vegetable up to $23.99 for the three-protein combo, each served with white or fried rice and vegetables.
Tonkotsu, shoyu, miso and black garlic bowls run $10.50 to $12.99, with yaki soba and udon alongside.
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 11am to 3pm: any two rolls for $10.99 with miso soup or salad, or a bento box with four sides for $11.99.
Mizunoya trades six days a week and is closed on Tuesdays. Friday and Saturday open half an hour earlier and run half an hour later than the rest of the week, which makes them the two evenings with the longest dinner service.
