Most of the menu is built to leave the building. Ordering sushi and hibachi to go works the same way it does at the table: rolls are cut and boxed to order, hibachi plates come with rice and vegetables packed alongside, and sauces are available by the cup so nothing arrives dressed too early.
Regular rolls from $6.99 and sixteen chef special rolls from $10.99. Every regular roll can be made as a hand roll — eat those first, while the nori is still crisp.
Chicken, shrimp, steak, short rib or salmon, $14.99 to $16.99, each boxed with white or fried rice and vegetables. Two- and three-protein combos are $19.99 and $23.99.
Ramen bowls run $10.50 to $12.99. Yaki soba and udon travel better than broth does, so they are the safer pick for a longer drive.
